Site setting part, mainly from the setting principles, site selection, function layout, equipment configuration and other requirements, to ensure the standard setting of rural passenger and freight mail stations。

In the operation line part, the requirements are mainly put forward from line selection, line and stopping point optimization, line operation, etc., to ensure the stable operation of rural passenger and freight mail lines。

Operation of the vehicle part, mainly from the vehicle selection, use of loading, vehicle operation and other requirements to ensure the safe operation of rural passenger freight vehicles。

In the part of operation process, requirements are mainly put forward from acceptance, inspection, packaging, loading and unloading, transportation, delivery and other links to ensure timely delivery of mail。

Safety management part, mainly from the safety system, restrictions on transport requirements, video surveillance, emergency handling and other requirements, to ensure the safety of rural passenger cargo and mail operations。
