The provincial tourist bus vehicles to adopt a list system，Tour buses in other provinces take the reservation system (through the "Liaoning high-speed" wechat mini program to make an appointment)，Type 3 (20-39 seats) and Type 4 (≥40 seats) tourist bus vehicles that enter and exit from the provincial toll stations (the entrances and exits are toll stations in Liaoning Province) with operational qualifications and normally use ETC，Tolls are given at a rate of 6.50% off, no longer stack ETC9.50% discount policy。

The implementation period is from September 21, 2024 to December 31, 2025。
