Since April 1, 2025, local public security organs should carry out registration and inspection of dangerous vehicles in accordance with the requirements of the new GB 13392 standard, and guide motor vehicle safety technical inspection agencies in conjunction with the market supervision department to carry out inspections in accordance with the new GB 13392 standard, and no longer check the sign light。When dangerous goods vehicles are registered, they shall review and compare the "Announcement of Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products" to confirm whether they are equipped with vehicle signs in accordance with regulations。When handling the safety inspection of motor vehicles in use, tank vehicles and vehicles transporting highly toxic chemicals and explosives should be inspected whether they are equipped with vehicle signs;Whether other dangerous cargo vehicles are equipped with vehicle sign plates shall not be regarded as inspection items。For those equipped with sign lights in accordance with GB 13392-2005 standard and not removed, it is not deemed to violate the provisions of the new GB 13392 standard。
