　　近日，The State Council issued the Decision on Amending and Repealing Some Administrative Regulations (State Council Decree No. 764)，Hereinafter referred to as the "Decision")，The Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Road Transport were amended，Reduced the amount of "fine for minor acts in the operation of road passenger transport (including international road passenger transport) without obtaining a road transport business license" and "fine for the act of passenger shuttle bus not stopping in accordance with the approved allocation station or not driving in accordance with the prescribed line and daily frequency limit"，Cancelled the "fine for road passenger transport operators who do not carry road transport certificates in accordance with the regulations"。In order to implement the requirements of the "Decision", the Ministry of Transport has made corresponding amendments to the "Regulations on the Management of Road Passenger Transport and Passenger Stations", and adjusted the above three fine matters, including reducing the fine amount of two matters and canceling one fine matter。
